Blocking Resident/Visitor

Depress Outstanding
Management can set a day limit of access card use for defaulters. A daily countdown will be triggered each time the card is used and once the limit is exceeded, defaulters will not be able to use the card to access the building until they clear up the pending payments.
Of course – there is a “Pay Now” button and once defaulters clear their payments, the countdown will be lifted automatically.
How Does It Work?

Management can tag access cards as “defaulters” on JaGaApp Admin Panel.
Upon tagging their cards on readers, residents will receive in-app notifications on their impending access card suspension as well as payment reminders.
Once the suspension date or limit is reached, the card will automatically be suspended and the resident will not be able to use the card.
Worry not, defaulters will be cleared from their penalty automatically after they settle their outstanding payments.
Barrier Gate Integration
Hold security guards accountable and directly integrate JaGaApp’s Guard Device to control your visitor barrier gates to be only triggered upon visitor registration.
Overview
Most guardhouses are equipped with a barrier gate control switch that provides guards the direct control to open and close barrier gates manually. This means that no matter what your SOP is, nothing can stop the guards from simply opening or allowing visitors going in and out from your property.
A good example of this security risk is the famous Malaysian “power of the hand” – where visitors just raise their hands and the guards will open the gate and with a salute.
JaGaCard’s integration with the barrier gate system helps to enforce strict SOPs. Now, visitor barrier gates can only be opened after a visitor has been registered, thus increasing the reliability of visitor registration and security of the property.
How Does It Work?

Residents pre-register visitors in JaGaApp.
Upon arrival, visitors provide QR code/JaGaID for scanning by the guards.
Visitor information will be registered by the system after QR code scanning is complete. Then, the barrier gate will open automatically.

Overview
